Join Whidbey Community Foundation in offering free learning opportunities for nonprofits serving Whidbey Island!
Since our inception in 2016, we have been able to offer a variety of trainings—both in-person and virtually—on topics vital to the success our local nonprofit sector. As we expand our offerings in 2026 and beyond, and we are seeking qualified professionals and community members who are eager to share their expertise.
If you are passionate about supporting nonprofits, have strong presentation skills, and want to contribute to the growth of our sector, we encourage you to become a presenter/facilitator for WCF’s learning programs.
Suggested Topics Include:
- Nonprofit marketing and communications
- Strategic planning and organizational development
- Fundraising and donor engagement
- Volunteer management
- Board development and governance
- Staff well-being and burnout prevention
- Financial management and planning
And other areas relevant to nonprofit effectiveness
How to Apply:
Please complete our online Presenter Proposal Form. Proposals submitted by October 31, 2025 will be given priority review for our 2026 schedule. Please note that WCF is strongly invested in supporting local presenters based in Washington state.
