Many nonprofits rely on the Spring fundraiser – an in-person gala or auction that brings in a substantial portion of the annual budget. But COVID-19 has left us scrambling to figure out how we can achieve our fundraising goal without being able do what we’ve done in past years.
Luckily, many brave nonprofits have already experimented with virtual fundraiser platforms and explored new fundraising ideas that don’t require an in-person event. In this webinar, expert nonprofit event planner Gazala Uradnik of GFS Events will guide us through what the state of virtual fundraisers looks like now and what we should think about in the coming months. Then we’ll hear from a panel of nonprofits who have embraced the new reality and hosted successful virtual fundraisers. Plus, Beth Lehman of the Liquor and WA State Cannabis Board will join the panel to answer your questions about how you can and cannot include liquor in your virtual event.
