Strategic Planning in Nonprofits for Whidbey Nonprofits

Is strategic planning on your radar? Do you need to clarify the strategic direction of your organization and the strategies that will be used to achieve your vision while also ensuring organizational health and sustainability? WCF is pleased to bring back nonprofit fundamental trainings to Whidbey Island beginning in 2023. The first workshop series we will be hosting in partnership with Nonprofit Association of Washington is Strategic Planning in Nonprofits (SPiN) – a four-part hybrid series.
The first three sessions will be online in January, and the final in-person session will be held in Coupeville in February. WCF is offering a discounted price of $20 total per person. Nonprofits serving Whidbey Island are eligible to attend.
